How are processing minutes counted?
Minutes are based on the length of your source video, rounded up to the next minute—not the number of clips you make. A 12-minute video uses 12 minutes of your allowance.
What if processing fails?
Minutes are reserved when you upload and returned if processing fails, is canceled, or produces no clips.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Your plan's minutes reset each month and don't carry over. Extra minutes you buy are different: they last a year.
What if I run out of minutes?
On a paid plan, add a one-time pack right from the upload screen — 60, 180 or 600 minutes, valid for a year and used only after your plan's minutes. You can also upgrade, or wait for the monthly reset. On the Free plan, upgrading gets you more minutes and removes the watermark.
How long are my projects kept?
Each plan includes a retention period shown above. On paid plans, saved projects stay available within your storage allowance; unsaved projects expire after the stated period.
